Who are Buzzsprout Subscriptions for?
Buzzsprout Subscriptions is for any podcaster who wants to give their listeners an easy way to monetarily contribute to their podcast.

Am I eligible for Buzzsprout Subscriptions?
As long as you are on a paid Buzzsprout plan, you are eligible! To upgrade, head to Settings > Plan in your Buzzsprout account.

What type of subscriptions are there?
There are two ways to accept monthly contributions: Listener Support & Subscriptions. You can enable one or both types on your podcast! 

Then, you will be able to set the monthly subscription fee and determine what additional content a supporter will receive! 

How do I mark episodes as subscriber-only?
If you're including premium or bonus episodes, you'll need to mark which episodes apply! To do this, click on an episode on your Episodes page, press the Edit This Episode button, and check the Subscription Settings box beneath the player! How do listeners access subscriber-only content?
When you publish a Buzzsprout Subscription on your podcast, we'll drop your subscription message into your episode descriptions. Listeners will be able to click and subscribe through that link! You can also direct listeners to your Buzzsprout website, which will have a subscription page for them to sign up as well.

We'll then send them an email with all the information needed to use their personal RSS feed to access your subscriber-only content.

How much money does Buzzsprout take?

The revenue split with Buzzsprout is 85% / 15%. You will retain 85% of your monthly revenue, and we will take just 15%. As your payments come in, you will see that revenue added to your Buzzsprout Wallet automatically, under Settings > Wallet in your account.

How do I cash out my earnings?
As you begin to earn revenue through Buzzsprout subscriptions, your earnings will show in your Buzzsprout Wallet within your account.  You can access the wallet by going to Settings > Wallet. There, you will have the option of applying your revenue to your monthly Buzzsprout charges or cashing out via PayPal.

How do I track my monthly support?
You can track your supporters and monthly earnings by going to Monetization > Listener Support and Monetization > Subscriptions pages! There, we will give you all your supporter info, your monthly earnings, and your predicted earnings for the upcoming month! Can I turn off subscriptions?
You can disable your supporter pages so that no new listeners can sign up through those Monetization pages. However, this does not cancel subscriptions for existing subscribers. If you'd like to cancel subscriptions for active subscriptions, you will need to email Buzzsprout Support, and we can help you disable the subscription from our side.

Will my supporters be notified if I cancel my subscriptions?
No, we will not notify your supporters for you. You will need to share this information with your supporters before you turn off the subscription or cancel your account.

Can I contact my supporters?
You will be able to export all your supporter information on the Listener Support and Subscriptions pages in your account. Just click the Export button below your supporter list, and that will allow you to export your supporter names, emails, and giving information as a .csv file.
