Penelope Easten, an Alexander Technique teacher in County Clare, Ireland, talks with Robert Rickover about how she came to have lessons with Margaret Goldie (often referred to “Miss Goldie”), one of F. M. Alexander’s early assistants, and how her lessons set her on a 30 year journey to understand what was unique about her teaching, and the science behind it.
